Riding in service to others
American Legion Riders unite qualified American Legion Family members who share enthusiasm for motorcycling and service. The local chapter supports American Legion Post 320 through visible participation, volunteer work, and charitable fundraising. Riders help veterans and military families while promoting responsible motorcycling throughout Maumee and the surrounding community. Their presence at ceremonies, escorts, and patriotic events demonstrates respect for those who served. Every ride carries a larger purpose rooted in fellowship, remembrance, advocacy, and meaningful community action.
Chapter activities may include benefit rides, memorial escorts, fundraising events, safety programs, and collaborative Legion Family projects. Members contribute time and experience while building friendships with others who understand service and motorcycling. Planned activities reflect local priorities and remain consistent with American Legion Riders values and requirements. Responsible conduct helps chapters represent veterans, their Post, and the broader organization with lasting pride. Community partnerships can extend each project’s reach and provide additional support for important veteran causes.
Interested riders can review the established eligibility requirements below before contacting the local chapter. American Legion Post 320 can provide current information about meetings, activities, membership, and operating expectations. Questions are handled through a private contact form so personal email addresses and cellular numbers remain protected. Eligible Legion Family members are encouraged to learn whether chapter participation fits their interests and availability. Membership offers another rewarding way to serve veterans while connecting motorcycling with purposeful community involvement.
